SHIPPING & RETURNS

The shipping charges are applicable to the Customer's order, except for shipments within the Spanish Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal which are free. Shipping charges will appear as a separate item on the invoice and it will be sent before the payment order is accepted. The shipping costs will be charged to the client unless there are offers that expressly supersede them and they are previously published on this website and the exceptions containe in clause 8.    

RETURNS

All the products offered on 24hrs.es are guaranteed for the maximum period required by law. The guarantee starts on the day of the delivery of the product and it is applicable as long as the product is used under normal conditions. Withdrawal: once you have received the product if you have changed your mind and do not want it, you can return it within 7 working days of the receipt, to the following address: Agnelli International SL, C / Santiago Ramón y Cajal, 7 - Elche Industrial Park - 03203 Elche (Alicante) Spain. This refund will only be possible if the product is in its original packaging and you send the order form. Shipping costs will be borne to the customer. Returns: the product can be returned to seller if it does not meet the specifications contained in the label, it has defects or if the product sent is not the requested one. Within seven days from the receipt of the product you should contact us through info@24hrs.es, and you should explain the reason why you want to return the product (attach picture if necessary) and request authorization number for it. AGNELLI will contact you to inform you of the procedure to follow. In these cases the shipping and collection will be borne by AGNELLI. Changes: If the received product presents latter faults, the client must send the request and the original invoice to AGNELLI who will analyze the deficiencies in detail. If AGNELLI considers that the defect is not due to manufacturing but to abuse or improper use of the product and we consider that there is not a repayment, you will be notified within a reasonable time, so that within 30 days you must pick them up from the store or if you want they will be sent COD shipments. There shall be no refund if the product has been used improperly or abusively.
