SHIPPING COSTS, GUARANTEES AND RETURNS

1. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are free for the Spanish Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal. For the Canary Islands and other countries, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer, except for offers which expressly cancel these, and which are previously published on this website, and the reservations contained in clause 8. The shipping costs, if any, will appear as a separate item on the invoice which will be sent to you. Tariffs and other expenses in the destination country will be paid by the customer.
All products offered in 24hrs are guaranteed for the maximum period required by legislation. The warranty begins on the product delivery day and is applicable as long as the product is used under normal conditions of use. Withdrawal: The user has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any justification. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the date on which the consumer or an indicated third party, other than the carrier, took physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify Agnelli Internacional SL, (C/Santiago Ramón y Cajal, 7 - Elche Industrial Park - 03203 Elche (Alicante) Spain, Tel. +34(96) 5683980, e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org) with their decision to withdraw from the contract via an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by mail, fax or email). The purchaser also has the option to fill in and send the model withdrawal form** which appears at the end of this text or any other unequivocal statement electronically through our website: 24hrs.es. If this option is used, the user will be notified promptly via a permanent medium (e.g. by email) confirming the receipt of said withdrawal.
To ensure you comply with the withdrawal period, you simply have to make your intention to exercise your right to withdrawal known before the end of said period. Refunds will only be possible if the product is in its original packaging.
Consequences of withdrawal: In the event of withdrawal, all payments delivered by the user shall be returned without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we were informed of their decision to withdraw from this contract. Said refund will be made using the same payment method used by the user for the initial transaction, unless explicitly stated otherwise. In any case, no fees will be charged as a result of the refund. In the case of a sales contract in which the user does not offer to collect the goods in the event of withdrawal, AGNELLI may withhold the refund until it has received the goods, or until the user has supplied evidence of their return, depending on which condition is met first.
The user will return, either in person or via the home collection service, the goods to Agnelli Internacional SL, (C/ Santiago Ramon y Cajal, no. 7 - Elche Parque Industrial - 03203 Elche (Alicante), Spain; without undue delay and, in all events, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which the user communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract. The terms of this agreement will be met if the user returns the goods before said period has expired. The users will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Return: The product can be returned to the seller if the product sent was not the one requested. The buyer must contact the seller as soon as possible, by emailing email@example.com. AGNELLI will contact the buyer to inform them of the procedure to follow. In these cases the shipping and collection costs will be borne by AGNELLI.
Changes due to deficiencies: If the product received is defective or does not meet the specifications contained on its label, the customer may previously inform AGNELLI, and where appropriate, send the article and copy of the original invoice to AGNELLI, together with an explanation of the reasons for the return (attach a photograph if necessary). AGNELLI will consider the defects in detail. If it considers that the defect is not due to manufacturing, but to excessive or inappropriate use of the product and that the return is not applicable, this will be communicated within a reasonable timescale so that within the next 30 days it will be picked up from the warehouse or, if requested, will be sent with shipping to be paid in cash on delivery. The return will not proceed if the product has been used improperly or abusively. On the contrary, if the returned product has manufacturing defects or does not conform to the technical specifications, AGNELLI will send to the address of initial shipment (unless another address is communicated), an identical item to the defective one, free of charges of any kind for the buyer, and will reimburse the shipping costs to the customer. If the same item does not exist in terms of model or size, AGNELLI will contact the customer by phone to arrange a solution, or another item, or a refund of the money paid, including shipping costs, if applicable.
Change of size: If the size requested by the customer is not suitable for them, they will have 14 calendar days to exchange the item for another size. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the date on which the consumer or an indicated third party, other than the carrier, took physical possession of the goods. To do this, the user should contact our customer service team (Tel: 96 568 39 80, e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org). They will assist you and indicate the procedure to follow to make the exchange. In this case, the return expenses will be paid by AGNELLI for the Spanish Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal, with the customer being responsible for other destinations. No exchanges will be accepted after the deadline or on items that do not have their original packaging.
